An office refurbishment in Mallorca for Swisspath and TAG Yachting, at Club de Mar in Palma. Robinson contributed design, electrical works, air conditioning and internal partitions, working alongside LoNiu Home on the finished interior.
Our Role: Design, electrical works, air conditioning and internal partitions. Interior Collaboration: LoNiu Home.
Layout, Partitions & Building Services
The workspace brings together meeting rooms, a private office, a lounge area and an integrated kitchenette. Internal divisions define how these spaces are used, while electrical and air-conditioning works support their day-to-day operation.
Considering the layout and services together is central to our approach to refurbishment and construction.
Materials, Lighting & Comfort
Walnut, travertine and a restrained palette of whites, warm greys and blue accents soften the original industrial space. Rounded forms, acoustic treatments and balanced lighting give the workplace a warmer atmosphere.
The result combines a professional setting for client meetings with comfortable spaces for everyday work.
