A complete apartment renovation in Santa Ponsa, delivered by Robinson in collaboration with LoNiu Home. Renewed services, reworked interiors and a generous covered terrace give the home a calm, practical character.
Our Role: Construction and renovation works. Interior Design: LoNiu Home.
Layout, Services & Construction
Our team carried out the construction work, including non-loadbearing partitions, bathroom refurbishment and new flooring. Electrical and plumbing systems were renewed alongside the interior works.
These elements form the foundation of a successful apartment renovation: a workable layout, properly planned services and finishes that come together consistently.
Materials, Joinery & Bathrooms
Stone flooring, timber panelling and soft textiles bring warmth to the rooms. The oak kitchen, fitted entrance storage and television shelving were developed as part of LoNiu Home’s interior design.
Large-format bathroom tiles and carefully detailed joinery continue the same material approach through the apartment.
Terrace & Outdoor Living
The covered terrace extends the living space outdoors, with room for dining and seating alongside the garden views.
