Comprehensive Construction & Project Management
As lead contractor and project manager, Paul Robinson supervised each phase of the work. First, we carried out a full structural assessment to identify the apartment’s limitations. Then, we removed several non-bearing walls to open up the layout and enhance natural light. This change created a more fluid connection between the main living areas.
We also renovated the bathrooms and flooring, introducing durable, high-quality finishes throughout. In addition, our team upgraded the entire electrical and plumbing system. By integrating modern, energy-efficient solutions, we ensured safety and long-term reliability. Every step was designed to improve functionality while keeping the aesthetic refined and cohesive.

Tailored Details and Luxurious Bathrooms
The bathrooms became a true highlight of the project. We used large-format Italian tiles for a clean, modern finish and added Ritmonio taps for a touch of understated luxury. To maximize storage, we designed custom elements such as a fitted entrance wardrobe and a floating TV unit with open shelving.
Outside, we extended the design to a curated outdoor area. This terrace now feels like a natural continuation of the interior, ideal for relaxing or entertaining guests.
